The natural paradise Isla de Francia is a block full of nurseries with sowing, exhibition and sale of ornamental plants, flowers and native trees. Parque de la Salud, a recreational park for the whole family in the heart of the city, has 19 hectares of which 6 are virgin forests and a path for hiking and bicycles. If you go there, don´t forget to stop by Parque Urbano, Asunción´s new urban icon. A little further away, 12 minutes by car, you can visit parks Guasu and Ñu Guasu and/or the Botanical Garden.
